This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes the terms applicable to cancellations, refunds, failed transactions, and payments made through the Website. By using the Website and purchasing any service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Nature of Services

Astronora provides online astrology and spiritual guidance services including:

Vedic astrology consultations
Horoscope and Kundli analysis
Numerology guidance
Spiritual consultations
Astrology-based reports and recommendations

All services are delivered digitally and are personalized based on the information submitted by users.

2. Cancellation Policy

Users may request cancellation of a service before:

The consultation session has started, or
The astrologer/service provider has been assigned, or
The report generation process has commenced

Once a consultation session, report preparation, or service processing has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted. Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

Duplicate payment made by the user
Payment deducted but order/service not successfully created
Technical failure resulting in non-delivery of the purchased service
Incorrect transaction caused due to payment gateway issues
Service unavailable due to verified internal technical problems

All refund requests are subject to verification by the Company.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds shall generally not be provided in the following cases:

Consultation session has been completed
Astrology report has already been generated or delivered
Service has already been initiated or processed
User dissatisfaction based on astrological predictions or outcomes
Incorrect birth details or information submitted by the user
Delay caused by user unavailability or user-side technical issues
Change of mind after successful purchase

Astrology and spiritual guidance services are interpretative and advisory in nature. Results and outcomes may vary from person to person and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

5. Failed Transactions

In case payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed:

Users are advised to wait for confirmation as banks or payment gateways may automatically reverse failed transactions.
If the amount is not reversed within the expected timeline, users may contact support with payment details.

Eligible cases shall be reviewed and processed accordingly.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund, users must contact the Company through the registered email address and provide:

Registered mobile number/email
Transaction ID or payment reference number
Date of transaction
Reason for refund request
